The entity, PROMOTORA DE HOGARES DE BAJA CALIFORNIA S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “THE ENTITY”), declares itself to be a legally constituted commercial company in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, with its domicile at Blvd. Morelos No. 219, Colonia Jesús García, in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, C.P. 83140.
